GoMeetNow offers very attractive flat monthly pricing for unlimited use of HD video conferencing and web conferencing:

• $12.95/month with 2 participants (1 host and 1 attendee).
• $1.00/month for each additional participant. After the initial 2 participants, the number of participants must be a multiple of 5.
• For the one-day increased capacity, you are charged only 1/30th of the increased monthly fees (see the section "Change Subscriptions" below).

2. Try It Free

You can try it free before you buy. No credit card is required. With a trial account, you can host as many meetings as you wish. However, each meeting you host is subject to a 40-minute timeout.

3. Change Subscriptions

You can change your subscription at any time just by using the Account management page on the web site form in the system. Before you start a large meeting, you can easily increase your number of participants the license. After the large meeting ends, update your plan and reduce the number of participants in your plan so that which will trigger GoMeetNow can to give you credit, which is will be used to pay for the subscription fees for the coming month(s). If you have several large meetings within the same day, reduce the participant count license only at the end of the last meeting.

For the one-day increased capacity, you are charged only 1/30th of the increased monthly fees for this larger capacity. For example, if you host 100-participant meeting(s) as many as you can during a day and then reduce it to the your normal capacity you choose, it costs you only $3.70 (i.e., $110.95 * 1/30th) for the 100-participant large meeting(s) for that a day, which includes high-quality landline and HD VoIP audio conferencing.

4. Cancel Subscriptions

By providing a credit card for your subscription, you are expressly agreeing that we are authorized to automatically bill your credit card every 30 days until you cancel the subscription.

You can cancel your subscription at any time just by logging into your account on the web site and using the Account management web page form in the system. For each payment made, the system will send you an a receipt, which includes a link for cancellation. You are responsible to cancel your subscription in order to stop billing when you decide to discontinue use of this service. If you do not receive email receipts from us for any reason, please contact our support.

Note that the credit on your account is not refundable upon cancellation of the service. The credit remains available for you to pay for subscription whenever you resume the service. You can always access your account even after you cancel the service.

5. Guarantee

GoMeetNow commits to "Guaranteed Attendance". If your attendees fail to join your GoMeetNow meetings using the guaranteed attendance URL shown on the join-meeting page, contact us for a refund of your current monthly subscription.
